This reminder is brought up in the midst of increased fraud claims within the prepaid industry.
Also, we would like to remind you of the high security provided by the online system, such as IP locking, maintained strong password requirements, and 24/7 transaction monitoring, all of which are already available to you. To further protect your account, PayNation Support recommends that you call the support center to request IP locks, login and/or clerk code changes often. |
| Cancellation/Void Policy |
| Only transactions completed within the past 24 hour period will be considered to apply for the void process. Please be aware that ALL TRANSACTIONS are always subject to the specific carrier terms and conditions, therefore, certain transactions will not void out regardless of the time policy. In addition, if the product is used at any time after an approved refund, the approval will be reversed and charged back to your Merchant Payment Account. |
